Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information on products or services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Logging all customer interactions and keeping detailed records of each call - Following company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting performance metrics and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Leadership and attention to detail soft skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
