Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, and have excellent negotiation and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from guests, providing exceptional customer service - Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying or cancelling existing reservations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns - Utilize the company's technology to access relevant information and provide accurate and timely responses to guests - Meet or exceed performance goals related to call metrics, customer satisfaction, and sales targets - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must have access to a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection - Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
