Job Description:
LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a passionate and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates on their orders - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers - Demonstrate leadership qualities in resolving escalated customer complaints or issues - Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times when interacting with customers - Update customer information in the database accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Must be a resilient individual who can handle high-pressure situations effectively - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to satisfy customer needs - Strong persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers - Demonstrated leadership qualities in resolving customer complaints or issues - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection - High school diploma or equivalent
