Job Description:
MetroMart is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to oversee our customer service operations in Parañaque, NCR. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to drive efficiency and performance improvements - Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize call center operations - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong adaptability and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in call center management - Familiarity with call center software and systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
