Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


As a Call Center Manager at Megaworld Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. You will lead a team of call center agents, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and achieve key performance indicators. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate a team of call center agents to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor call center metrics and identify areas for improvement. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 7. Develop and implement training programs for call center agents. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 9. Manage call center budget and expenses. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in call center management. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively. 5. Adaptable and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 6. Strong time management and attention to detail skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 8. Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office.
