Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

As the Remote Call Center Manager at SariSuki, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring call center metrics, providing feedback and coaching to agents, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote call center agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are being met - Provide feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Maintain a positive and motivational work environment for remote agents - Stay current on industry best practices and trends in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Creativity and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
