Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management, you will play a key role in overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of service standards.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the call center team to achieve performance targets and KPIs - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality - Create and maintain call center policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in call center management - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure - Driven and dedicated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Emotional intelligence and ability to manage a diverse team - Strong planning and organizational skills
