Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Sprout Solutions is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing a team of remote call center agents to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily operations of the remote call center team, including monitoring call metrics, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of the call center team. 3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 6. Utilize call center software and systems to track performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Proficiency with call center software and computer systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
