Job Description:
Peddlr is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team remotely in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, including training, coaching, and performance management - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Monitor call center performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback to support team development - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations
