Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Call Center Manager for our work-from-home position in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote call center team.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas of improvement and address any performance issues. 4. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for call center agents. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center agents to foster growth and improvement. 8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 9. Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. At least 7 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to think critically and strategically in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proven track record of improving call center performance and customer satisfaction. 6. Proficiency in call center software and technologies. 7. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 8. Ability to work independently and remotely. 9. Willingness to work part-time hours as needed.
