SariSuki is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Call Center Manager to work remotely from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a call center environment at a mid-to-senior level.
As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of call center representatives, monitoring performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and resolving escalated customer issues. You will also be responsible for training new staff, conducting performance reviews, and developing and implementing call center policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic, dedicated, and possess strong people management and critical thinking skills. They must have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight.
