Job Description:
HealthNow is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to work remotely from home. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our remote call center team based in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Implement and enforce call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards - Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on call center operations and performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Solid understanding of call center operations and best practices - Ability to work independently and remotely - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Equal Opportunity Statement:
