Job Description:
Homebase is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a call center environment. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner 5. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and follow up on pending matters 6. Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements: 1. Proven experience working in a call center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications 6. Adaptable and resourceful mindset to handle challenging situations 7. Strong decision-making skills and a knack for conducting research
