Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and reliable Call Center Officer to join our team at Meralco in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates on services. 3. Input data accurately into the system and maintain customer records. 4. Listen actively to customers' needs and offer solutions or assistance. 5. Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner. 6. Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries or complaints. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. 8. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Excellent planning and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in computer applications and software. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Reliable and responsible work ethic.
