Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Officer at SariSuki, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and entry-level, with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up and resolution of issues. 3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.

Requirements: 1. Independent and self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote environment. 2. Strong people management and planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. 8. Visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
