Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Advance is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center environment. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and possess strong planning and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner - Follow company scripts and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Update customer information in the database accurately - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals - Collaborate with team members to improve overall team performance

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Proven planning and innovation skills
