Job Description:
Storm Technologies is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and entry level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services - Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Hardworking and resourceful mindset - Innovative and forward-thinking approach to customer service - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Must be willing to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection - Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule - No prior experience required - full training will be provided
