Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description


Zennya is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Call Center Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. - Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and gather feedback. - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Providing information about products and services to customers. - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs proactively. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
