Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, resolve issues, and gather feedback. 3. Assist customers in placing orders, updating account information, and processing payment transactions. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Comfortable using technology and various software applications. 6. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
