Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job description:


PLDT is seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges over the phone - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Update customer records and information in the company database - Meet and exceed call center metrics and KPIs - Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues - Complete all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage difficult situations with customers - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of PLDT products and services is a plus - Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
