Job Description:
Smart Communications in Davao City, PH is seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Officer. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar field. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, handle complaints, and resolve customer issues. 3. Accurately record details of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 4. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent customer service. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets set by management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
