Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Officer at Jollibee Foods Corporation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. Your main duties will include answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Meet performance targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 5. Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
