Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy - Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call quality and average handle time - Update customer information in the database during and after each call - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and performance

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively - Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
