Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Silverworks is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with a positive attitude - Strong project management skills and the ability to take on leadership roles when necessary - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
