Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is currently seeking a dynamic Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and product information - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently - Conduct research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information - Leadership qualities to take initiative and provide support to team members - No prior experience required, training will be provided
