Job Description:
MetroMart is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet call center metrics. 5. Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures. 6. Document all call information accurately.
Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Must be independent and hardworking. 2. Soft skills: Must possess adaptability and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 5. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
