Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description: SM Investments Corporation is seeking a Call Center Representative to work from home in Taguig, NCR, PH. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Utilize company systems and software to accurately log customer interactions and update customer information - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company - Work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - Willingness to learn and grow within the company - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
