Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Altitude Games is looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a quiet home office environment with reliable internet connection - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
