Call Center Specialist

Job Description: Monde Nissin is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer issues - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed call center metrics and performance goals - Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume call center environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be hardworking, energetic, possess critical thinking skills, and be adaptable to change
