Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a passionate and resourceful Call Center Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information. 3. Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 4. Updating customer information in the database accurately and ensuring confidentiality. 5. Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
