Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist at ChatGenie, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting company products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or provide additional information. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by going above and beyond to meet their needs. 8. Meet personal and team targets for call volume, quality, and efficiency. 9. Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance. 10. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a clear speaking voice. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Negotiation skills to handle challenging customer interactions. 5. Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to customer issues. 6. Energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology. 9. Flexible scheduling to accommodate evening and weekend shifts. 10. High school diploma or equivalent.
