Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Saphron is seeking a motivated and confident Call Center Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards set by the company


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
