Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Penshoppe is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and driven with strong presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
