Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist at Lazada Philippines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to assist users with their inquiries, complaints, and concerns. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and strive to resolve all customer issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to help others.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay current on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals for call resolution and customer satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and call center efficiency.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 5. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 6. Motivated and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards handling customer inquiries and complaints.
