Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, excel in teamwork, and possess strong research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide product and service information to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals. 6. Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers. 7. Meet or exceed call center metrics and performance targets.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
