Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description: Saphron, a leading insurance technology company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level role, the Call Center Specialist will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with insurance inquiries, claims, and policy information. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize persuasive and negotiation skills to upsell additional insurance products to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience and drive business growth. 6. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development in the insurance industry.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 2. Confidence in communicating with customers and overcoming objections. 3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to upsell insurance products effectively. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Experience working in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
