Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Specialist at Converge ICT Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. You will work remotely from your home and must have a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to conduct surveys. 3. Provide accurate information about products or services offered by the company. 4. Document all customer interactions in the system and follow up as needed. 5. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible. 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 4. Adaptable and dedicated mindset to handle various customer situations. 5. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Willingness to learn new technologies and processes. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
