Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Parañaque, NCR, PH and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and address inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any outstanding issues. 3. Provide support to customers in navigating our products and services, offering solutions and guidance as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues. 6. Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and dedicated individual with exceptional communication skills. 2. Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office. 5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using communication tools and software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
