Remote Chat Support Assistant

MadEats is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Chat Support Assistant at MadEats, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our chat platform. Your main duties will include assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be tasked with upselling products and services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
