Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at ABS-CBN Corporation. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our customers remotely. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems. 4. Collaborate with the team to improve chat support processes and procedures. 5. Use creativity to come up with innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Creative problem-solving abilities. 6. Must be dedicated and resilient in handling customer interactions.
