Job Description - Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


Lazada Philippines is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time position is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support. 2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple customer chats simultaneously. 4. Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to their concerns. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Adaptable to changing situations and customer needs. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Excellent negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent written communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
