Qwikwire, a leading payment solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Associate Level team member with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support via chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through chat support channels. - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in English. - Must have a dedicated and resilient personality. - Soft skills such as cooperation and teamwork are essential.
