Avion School, a leading online learning platform, is looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This is an entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. 4. Use critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems efficiently. 5. Assist in project management tasks as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Driven and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in using chat support platforms and other communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
