Job Description:
Olivia is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. We are looking for an entry-level individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist with order processing and tracking shipments - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and creativity soft skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
