Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven Chat Support Assistant to join our virtual team. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to our clients through chat communication.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - Reliable internet connection and comfortable working from home - Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
