Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a passionate and energetic Chat Support Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Update customer records with accurate information - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
