Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a dedicated and independent Chat Support Associate to join our team in Makati. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through our chat platform. This role requires someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and exceptional analytical skills and time management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat 2. Assist customers in navigating our website and resolving any issues they may encounter 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills 5. Collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or chat support 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time 4. Strong analytical skills to quickly assess and address customer needs 5. Dedicated and committed to providing exceptional customer service
