Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Coins.ph, a leading financial technology company in Davao City, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns professionally and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Reliable and dedicated. 2. Soft skills: Adaptability and innovation. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using chat support tools and technology.
