Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description: Coins.ph is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through chat channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess energetic and resilient personality traits.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and technical issues via chat channels - Troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support platforms - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
