Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a confident and independent Chat Support Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time position at the Associate level, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues - Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and confidently - Proficiency in using chat support tools and technologies - High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
